Ammon Childs

Door Knocking in the Age of Instagram

Ammon’s best leads are referrals. But he still knocks doors. After taking a listing, he walks the neighborhood with flyers, introduces himself, and has direct conversations with neighbors. That approach — low-tech, slightly uncomfortable, face-to-face — has produced real results. In a world of curated digital marketing, Ammon’s willingness to knock doors stands out. After 17 years and a strong referral network, he is still willing to do the unglamorous, basic work that most people avoid.
